Reports to: Director of Cybersecurity
GENERAL SUMMARY:
At Integrated IT, the Compliance Analyst role is responsible for ensuring that our clients comply with one or more of their industry’s compliance frameworks. This is a 50% governance and 50% technical role.
- Act as the single point of contact to the client for all types of compliance-related activities, including IT, finance, HR, etc.
- Pre-process service requests that arrive through email, automation, manual entry, or direct customer input.
- Gather technical attestations for various compliance-related controls and/or schedule applicable resources for each compliance related task and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
- Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests.
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of activity progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Ensuring all compliance-related tickets are managed and completed accordingly and within the required time frame.
- Writing security controls, standard operating procedures, and other documentation.
- Building dashboards and/or reports for executive leadership and other stakeholders
- Work directly with 3PAOs along with other members of the team.
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
- Fast turnaround of customer and systemic requests
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels.
- Report the utilization of IT Support resources and successful completion of service requests to the Director of Cyber Security.
- Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs.
- Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
- Enter all work as service tickets into ConnectWise.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of compliance & regulatory frameworks
- Experience implementing multiple common frameworks, for examples, ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST 800 series, HIIPA, SOX, CIS18, NERC CIP, and PCI-DSS.
- Basic computer and operating system knowledge
- Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
- Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
